“Through practical exercises...the children develop a true “social feeling,” for they are working in the environment of the community in which they live, without concerning themselves as to whether it is for their own, or for the common good." – Dr. Maria Montessori
Having immigrated here from Africa, it was such a grueling task finding the right school for our daughter. After so much research, a chance encounter with a friend led us to this wonderful CMS, and we have never looked back since. Our 3 year old daughter has a new word almost everyday and has longer sentences as well.
CMS is perhaps what all the schools ought to be: from the incredible staff, diversity, inclusion, personalized learning, not only focusing on academics but also the wellbeing of the children, this approach is the best in my opinion. We have peace of mind knowing our little one is in great hands and the only regret we have is not knowing about CMS much sooner!
We are so grateful that in the few years our daughter spent at Chesterfield Montessori she grew in leaps and bounds across so many facets, including confidence and social skills. She has such warm memories of her experiences that after leaving to a different state she begged her parents for a year and a half to return to visit to see her "family."
An absolute gold mine for any parent hoping to give their little one a great start in life.
